Edinburgh, UK, 21 April 2026: Exergy3 has raised a £10 million seed round to accelerate the decarbonisation of industrial heat. The investment will scale the deployment of its ultra-high-temperature thermal storage technology, tackling grid constraints and strengthening energy security for industrial users.
Industrial heat accounts for a significant share of global carbon emissions. By converting cheap, abundant renewable electricity into reliable high-temperature heat, Exergy3 enables manufacturers to move away from fossil fuels without compromising their processes.
The funding round demonstrates that cleaner, more flexible industrial heat is no longer just an ambition, but something that can be delivered on site.
